YTL Learning Academy is here! What’s next for us?

Recently, we organised a company-wide virtual launch of our very own YTL Learning Academy! This is an initiative we have incubated and piloted for more than a year and we are so excited to offer free online courses to all our employees! The YTL Learning Academy will be a formal platform for our staff to reach their full potential as professionals in the construction industry.

In the months to come, the YTL Learning Academy will be offering language, technical and non-technical courses with the aim of cultivating employees’ IQ, intra and interpersonal skills. Specially curated individual training plans to meet the individual training needs of all employees have been prepared and we are so excited for the benefits that every staff member will derive from this initiative.
