From the 20th to 28th of April, the YTL Learning Academy held its first ever company-wide roadshow in conjunction with the launch of our Training & Development Management System (TDMS) which is now available via Boss i-Net.

A total of 813 staff members across Syarikat Pembenaan Yeoh Tiong Lay and Seri Yakin participated in this week-long event. In case if you missed the roadshow or need a recap, here are the key points from the roadshow:

To add some excitement, we also threw in some fun and games where 88 active participants were rewarded with exclusive, limited edition  YTL Learning Academy face masks and stationery. Congratulations to all the lucky winners!

Finally, before the end of each roadshow session, every participant took the mandatory English assessment, a company-wide evaluation of each staff member’s English proficiency. Upon thorough analysis, those with scores below par will be required to undergo English proficiency classes organised by the YTL Learning Academy. Stay tuned for further announcement of the results!
