Some of us are shy, do not know where to start, or are simply too occupied to break the ice. If you can relate, we have some exciting updates for you! We are introducing an initiative known as the ‘Buddy System’ to welcome new colleagues and help them adapt to the company. 

What is the Buddy System?

The goal of the Buddy System is to offer support and make new colleagues feel welcome and included in the company. It is also an avenue to foster our Core Values and culture in new team members. The system will be implemented for two months and at the end of that duration, HR will obtain feedback from your Buddy to measure the effectiveness of the system. 

 It is a great opportunity for you to improve your communication skills and expand your network!
