It doesn’t matter if you’re a man or woman, whether you’re a seasoned dancer or just starting out on your fitness journey. The infectious world of Zumba is designed to be inclusive and accessible for all.  

 

 

So, what is Zumba you may ask? Well, it is a popular dance fitness programme, combining Latin-inspired dance rhythms with cardiovascular exercise. Known for its infectious energy and engaging routines, Zumba is said to be a universal workout where everyone can be a part of, and it doesn’t matter what fitness level you’re at. 

 

This fitness activity helps to build stamina while burning calories. Apart from that, it melts away your stress and has some mood-boosting benefits. When the oxygen-rich blood is transferred to the brain, it improves concentration and lengthens your attention span. 

 

Now, let’s move to the other exciting part of this article. 

 

In case you didn’t know, SPYTL organizes an hour-long Zumba session every month. Imagine spicing up your evenings with an irresistible Zumba session, grooving alongside your colleagues in a positive atmosphere.  

 

 

And good news for those who are interested: the next session is just around the corner. It will be held on 15 June (Thursday) at 6pm, on level 8 in the Town Hall at Menara YTL.
