We are back with more makan (food) options for you to explore around Menara! So, if you’re feeling stumped on what you should eat this week or you’ve newly moved into the building (Welcome!), here are a few more options you can explore.

1. Coffee Mingle, Sungei Wang

Tucked away on Level 3 of Sungei Wang, Coffee Mingle is a bustling little restaurant situated right opposite the Camp 5 indoor climbing gym. This popular spot offers a variety of food options, including chee cheong fun, noodles, space buns (the tastiest steamed and toasted buns you will ever try), and Chicken Mandi rice. The constant busyness of Coffee Mingle is a testament to its popularity and the love it receives from patrons.

2. Lot 10 Hutong

Located in the basement of Lot 10 Shopping Centre, Lot 10 Hutong is Kuala Lumpur’s Platinum Award-Winning Heritage Food Village, bringing together some of Malaysia’s best hawker stalls under one roof. From mouth-watering char kway teow to savory beef noodles, this food haven offers a wide variety of local favorites. Prices are reasonable, making it a perfect spot for those looking to enjoy traditional Malaysian cuisine without the hefty price tag. Additionally, if you present your YTL staff ID, you can enjoy a special RM12 promotion, making it an even more attractive dining option for employees.

3. Mon Chinese Beef Roti

Just a stone’s throw from Bukit Bintang MRT station, Mon Chinese Beef Roti has recently become the talk of the town among KL folks. This popular spot draws long queues of people eager to taste the only item on the menu: Chinese Muslim crispy roti. Behind the shopfront window, chefs craft the Crispy Roti in two variations: Beef (RM6) and Chicken (RM5). Operating like a street food stall with no seating arrangements, it’s perfect for a grab-and-go snack. Viral or not, Mon Chinese Beef Roti’s crispy flatbread is an addictive treat, especially for those craving a quick, decadent bite.

4. Wisma Genting Food Court

This small alleyway can be found nestled between Wisma Genting and Wisma Cosway, and it can be easily reached via the KLCC – Bukit Bintang Pedestrian Walkway. The stalls in this food court are managed by experienced aunties and uncles who have been operating their businesses for many years. From Nasi Ayam Singapore and Indian food to Chinese vegetarian zhap fan (mixed rice), get ready to explore a variety of dishes that will leave you feeling full while being easy on your wallet.

5. City Cafe Wisma UOA

Located in Jalan Pinang, City Cafe Wisma UOA is a hidden gem that can be accessed via the KLCC – Bukit Bintang Pedestrian Walkway, much like Wisma Genting’s Food Court. This food court offers a wide range of cuisines, catering to various tastes and preferences. Whether you’re in the mood for local delights or international flavors, City Cafe has something for everyone. Open from 7am to 6pm, it’s an ideal spot for breakfast, lunch, or an early dinner, providing delicious meals at reasonable prices throughout the day.
