Engagement with YTL-ICHM

The YTL Sustainability team has conducted an Earth Hour Talk for 80 students at the International College of Hotel Management (ICHM). The students will learn about Earth Hour and climate change.

Earth Hour may have ended by you can still make a difference

Nature walk
Take a moment and explore your local natural surroundings. Use the opportunity to appreciate the beauty of the outdoors and connect with the natural environment.
Practice recycling
Actively practice recycling at home or in public spaces. You could even do arts-and-crafts projects using recycled materials. This not only reduces waste but also highlights the importance of recycling in sustainable living.
Community events
Join or organise community events that promote environmental awareness. This could include eco-friendly workshops, tree plantings, or discussions on sustainable living practices.
Turning off lights
The easiest activity you could do is turn off your lights, it does not have to be only during Earth Hour! By doing this not only do you help reduce carbon emissions, but also a start on your sustainability journey.
