We’ve got some simple recipes that you can prepare the night before (or even the weekend before because these can all be kept frozen!) that will help you combat this midday slump. So get your grocery bags ready as you might want to head over to the store by the end of this article.

1. Greek Yoghurt Fruit Dip 🍓

Packed with protein, Greek yoghurt makes a great base for a healthy snack. Pair that with your favourite fruits—like apples, strawberries or bananas—for a refreshing snack. If you enjoy a little crunch in every bite, you could even add some nuts or granola to make it more APPLE-tizing! 😋

2. Chia Pudding 🌱

Chia pudding is a versatile and nutrient-dense snack that’s easy to make. Simply mix chia seeds with your choice of milk (almond, coconut, or dairy) and let it sit overnight. In the morning, you’ll have a thick, pudding-like consistency ready to enjoy. This could SOAK up every last ounce of tiredness from your system.

3. Air Fryer Chickpeas 🫛

For a crunchy, savoury snack, try air fryer chickpeas. These little bites are full of fibre and plant-based protein (so, no need to feel guilty after each bite!). Toss canned chickpeas with olive oil and your favourite spices, then pop them in the air fryer until crispy. Once it’s done, pack them in a container and bring it to the office and make PEAS with your colleagues by sharing it! 🤝

4. No Bake Energy Bites 🍫

When you need a quick boost of energy, no-bake energy bites are the way to go. Combine oats, peanut butter, honey, and CHEWS your mix-ins such as chocolate chips or dried fruit. Roll the mixture into bite-sized balls, and you’ve got a portable, delicious snack that’s perfect for on-the-go.

5. Muffins 🧁

MUFFIN compares to a bite of a warm muffin. And they don’t have to be a guilty pleasure! 

Try making healthy muffins using wholesome ingredients like whole wheat flour, honey, and Greek yoghurt and your favourite fruit. These muffins are perfect for breakfast or a midday snack.
