Between work commitments, having family time and also a social life, it may seem almost impossible to dive back into a healthy routine.

Here are some effective approaches that you may follow to bounce back into the fitness game:

    You can schedule a specific time for a workout or find a way to fit this in your schedule.
  • Don’t go too hard
    Don’t forget that your body needs rest in order to make progress so never push yourself too hard. The key is to enjoy what you do!
