The Fennel Wins FIABCI World Gold Award

We are delighted to announce that we have reached new milestones this year on the path of industry recognition.

The Fennel at Sentul East won a World Gold Award in the FIABCI World Prix d’Excellence Awards 2022 under the Residential (High Rise) Category on 9 June 2022 in Paris.

The Fennel’s four iconic zigzagging towers that meander gracefully through the urban context of Sentul East is a departure from conventional high-rise residential projects in KL city.

The FIABCI World Prix d’Excellence Awards recognises projects that best embody excellence in all real estate disciplines involved in their creation. Each award-winning project captures and epitomises the FIABCI ideals of providing society with the optimal solution to its property needs.

This world-class accolade for The Fennel as the newest architectural icon for Sentul East is also a vital part of our vision to spearhead Sentul’s renewal and transformation into a vibrant cosmopolitan hub while retaining its unique character and rich railway heritage.

In March 2022, The Fennel emerged as Winner in the Residential (High Rise) Category of the Malaysia Property Award 2021 by FIABCI Malaysia Chapter. The Fennel was also the proud recipient of two awards in the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards (Malaysia) in 2018 – the Best Condo Development (Klang Valley) category, followed by a second win in the Best Condo Development (Malaysia) category which is a special award to honour the best condominium development under the “Best of Malaysia Awards”.
