1. What is your job title?
I am a Site Admin Executive under YTL Construction and am based in Johor under the CRJGR project.

2. How long have you been working for YTL Construction?
I have been with YTL Construction for the past 18 years.  

3. What sort of duties do you have at work? 
I provide administrative and secretarial support to the Trackwork department.

4. How do you prefer to start your day? 
I am a morning person! I like to start my day early with a good cup of coffee and positive thoughts. 

5. Can you share about a time you made a mistake at work and what you learned from it?  
I accidentally scribbled on a company’s cheque book requisition slip once, and immediately regretted doing so after learning the importance of the document. It taught me to value all office-related documents and to handle them with care.

6. What kind of music do you like? 
I love listening to different kinds of music depending on my mood and my surroundings.

7. What is one thing you are learning now and why is it important? 
I am beginning to realise that there is no better teaching practice than experience. Every experience is a learning curve and it teaches us something new, so it’s best to learn from it and grow wiser.

8. What’s something you find challenging about your work?
Communicating and managing people at different levels, because each of us is different and we think differently. 

9. If you could choose a superpower, what would it be?
I wish I had magical powers to create the things I want out of thin air. 

10. What is your biggest fear?
Loneliness. I always fear living life alone without anyone by my side.
