BRB? FYI? You might see it every day or read it from a colleague’s message, but do you actually know what those short forms or abbreviations mean? We’d like to prevent some avoidable misunderstandings between coworkers, so let’s check if we all mean the same thing when we say certain short forms. GLHF! (If you don’t know what that means, you will by the end of the quiz. ?)

P.s. Some short forms might mean different things in specific industries. We’re focusing more on the general and most widely used meanings.

P.p.s. You can never rule out typos. So we strongly recommend that if you’re not clear about something your colleague said, just ask them for clarification.
