This month, we’re excited to introduce you to a young, enterprising green innovator! Muhammad Aqil Zainudin has set up a not-for-profit organization called The Fourth R (T4R) and he is focusing on providing sustainable financing to NGOs in need, while simultaneously solving waste issues in Malaysia through purposeful recycling.

T4R aims to transform our trash into cash and use this cash to channel money to NGOs in need. Isn’t that just amazing?! Recycling and giving back to worthy NGOs simultaneously tick all the right boxes! T4R has identified NGOs involved in five critical social areas: education, environment, women and family, poverty, and disaster relief.

As T4R prepares to launch their recycling centre at Sunway Pyramid Mall, here is how the YTL Construction Family can prepare to support them:

1.  Save and sort all recyclable items that you can find in your surroundings.
2. Once T4R is operational, the Crazy Green Asians will do a collection drive of all your recyclable items.
3. Part of the proceeds from your recycled items will be channelled to the charity of YOUR choice. How cool is that?
