In conjunction with World Refugee Month, we organized a Zoom talk in partnership with PichaEats to discuss the importance of economic and social justice amongst refugees living in Malaysia on the 11th June 2021. Our speaker Miss Logeetha Balakrishnan, Makan Advisor at PichaEats shared few startling statistics about the number of refugees and challenges they faced to make a living in this country. She then shared some of PichaEats amazing journey and milestones to help these refugees rebuilt their lives through PichaEats food catering and meal delivery services. Logeetha ended the talk by sharing her hopes and dreams to a greater equality and justice for all.
